Jithendar’s Pricing Policy

Introduction
Welcome to Jithendar’s Freelance DevOps Engineering services. This Pricing Policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of how my pricing works for the services we offer.
Hourly Rates
Our standard billing method is hourly rates. The hourly rate for our DevOps services is $100 per hour. This rate applies to all general DevOps tasks, including but not limited to:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline setup
- Configuration management
- Server provisioning and management
- Monitoring and alerting setup
- DevOps consulting and guidance
Project-Based Pricing
For more extensive projects or ongoing engagements, we may offer project-based pricing. Project-based pricing will be determined based on the specific requirements of the project, including its scope, complexity, and expected duration. A detailed project proposal and pricing estimate will be provided to the client for approval before the project begins.
Expenses
In addition to hourly rates or project-based pricing, clients may be responsible for covering certain expenses directly related to the project. These expenses may include:
- Cloud service provider fees
- Software licenses and subscriptions
- Third-party tools and services
- Travel expenses (if applicable and agreed upon)
Clients will be informed in advance of any anticipated expenses and will have the opportunity to approve or discuss them before they are incurred.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoices for hourly services will be sent on a regular basis, typically bi-weekly or monthly, unless otherwise agreed upon. Project-based payments will be invoiced as per the terms outlined in the project proposal. Payment terms are typically net 15 days from the invoice date.
We accept payments through various methods, including bank transfers and online payment platforms.
Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. However, for ongoing projects or clients with existing agreements, any rate changes will be communicated in advance, and existing rates will be honored for the duration of the current project or agreement.
Confidentiality
All pricing information and agreements between Jithendar and clients will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not disclose pricing details to third parties without the client’s consent.
